I have had my Volkswagen serviced and repaired at Rockville Tire and Auto since June 2015, when I sought John's second opinion on the pricing and job done at a local dealership. In August, I bought a second Volkswagen, for another family member, and had the guys at Rockville Tire and Auto check it out and do all the necessary repairs. Recently, that car failed emission test, and John replaced catalytic converter, exhaust clamp and rear oxygen sensor for what I consider to be a fair price. Whenever I need a part replacement, John very professionally explains to me what is the function of the part and why it needs to be replaced. Every repair and service that I have had here has been well executed, reasonably priced, and John makes room to see me promptly to have a look at my car if it requires repair. This is a mechanic that is pleasant to deal with and, most importantly, whom I can trust, knowing that he will never replace a part unnecessarily.
