Came in with a problem and needed a diagnostic done. Was met with welcoming faces. Customer service was amazing. Took my vehicle in immediately. Kept me informed as they found each problem. Definetly a great place. Clean plenty to do in the waiting room. Everybody that walked in was very friendly. Will come back and reccomend to others.

First time customer of Nealey Tire & Auto and I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and customer service. My Buick Verano had been previosly serviced at 3 different shops, of which each had claimed to have fixed my problem of a loud noise which I thought was coming from the engine. After spending many $$s, the noise persisted to the point that it would drown out the radio when on the highway. Nealey immediately identified the problem as a front wheel bearing and replaced it. My car has never been this quiet! In addition to some other services performed, I was presented with a full diagnostic report. The car was returned clean, even to the point that they disinfected all touch points within the vehicle. I will definitely return for future service.
