First time customer of Nealey Auto Service and I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and customer service. My Buick Verano had been previosly serviced at 3 different shops, of which each had claimed to have fixed my problem of a loud noise which I thought was coming from the engine. After spending many $$s, the noise persisted to the point that it would drown out the radio when on the highway. Nealey immediately identified the problem as a front wheel bearing and replaced it. My car has never been this quiet! In addition to some other services performed, I was presented with a full diagnostic report. The car was returned clean, even to the point that they disinfected all touch points within the vehicle. I will definitely return for future service.

I’m essential personnel working at the medical center in Annapolis during the COVID19 pandemic. My car has been acting funny and is almost out of warranty. I called Nealey Tire & Auto to get a oil change and asked if they could just check it out before the power train warranty is up. They changed my oil and found a leak. The most incredible part was they picked up my car while working at the hospital. Sent me the report on it through text/email. I called and spoke to Kenny who was crazy helpful on what needed to be done. They sent me a invoice to pay through email. Then, they dropped my car back off in the garage at the hospital. It was a completely touch less experience and with my shifts at the hospital and the fact that I can’t really just phone a friend to drop off and pick up my car due to social distancing....I don’t know how I would have ever got this taken care of. But it was done completely while I was at work. The support from companies outside of healthcare to keep us going has been overwhelming. It really is true....it takes a village. Grateful I can still feel comfortable with a healthy vehicle that can get me to and from home and the hospital at a time when so many other things are so uncertain.

Excellent service every time I bring my car in for anything ranging from oil changes to repairs and transmission work. Very friendly staff and they give coupons to Washhaus which is a nice added value when having service performed. Oil changes are especially competitively priced (much, much less expensive than competitors across the street). All in all, amazing service every time!
