I honestly like their customer service, as they always try their best to accommodate you with their busy schedule, which is a good sign about an auto shop. What I don't like is their quality of work. For example, I had the thermostat on my cooling system replaced, and they replaced it, but didn't even finish the complete job, as they forgot to put my engine splash shield underneath. As a frequent traveler/commuter, it is integral to have an engine splash shield so as to not have foreign objects go into the engine area. They have great customer service, but just be wary of the quality of work, inspecting your car after it has been serviced by them.

Second vehicle I have had serviced. Again a great expedience, car was fixed when they said it would be and resolved a recurring issue the factory couldn’t fix. I also like knowing everything is warrantied. Will continue to use for my auto needs.
