Came in due to the mailer, no upcharges, welcomed the flyer. Great reception and greeting. Waiting area is very comfortable and clean. Restrooms were spotless as well, very different from any other auto place I’ve been. Makes a difference for me since I’m dressed on my to work. I’ll be back again

Great communication and professionalism by the Nealy team. Prompt with responses and Mary from the Rockville location was extremely nice and very professional as was Mario from the Edgewater location. My water pump was repaired and my car is running smoothly! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the price was very high compared to the market value of the repair I was quoted. But overall a great service center 👍.

My new favorite auto shop- they could fit me in on a Friday for an oil change and got it done within a few hours. The prices were really reasonable and everyone was friendly.

I went for an oil change. I requested an appointment online. I was called the next day to confirm the appointment. The appointment was done fast. Usually dealers take couple of hours while here I was home within an hour. Mary, at front desk, provided me price quotes for tires as well as battery after free multi point inspection was done (do check their website for service specials). Appreciate the mechanic as well as Mary for the great service.

Nealey tire and auto were fantastic! Jesse was very helpful at setting me up a quick appt. My car was completed in a day and the issue was throughly explained and fixed. They also did a full inspection with pictures to let me know of maintenance options because of my mileage with an estimated price break down.
