The first day they changed ownership from Twin Beach to Nealey, I had to get my tires replaced and they were awesome. Fast, efficient, honest and even gave me a ride home while I waited for my service to be done. I'm a big fan already. My husband has been many times already with his ramshackle car and they have been equally as awesome to him. Good honest quotes, no upselling or pressure. We are lifers now.

EDIT: They charged me 700$ to replace only 2 rear brakes on my 2016 Kia Soul. Money grubbing. Moved onto a company who wont overcharge me for basic repairs...guess I am no longer a lifer. I was so excited the Nealey’s were opening up closer to me. I live in the city and Edgewater and other locations were just to far for me. I know I have a trusted place to take my car and they didn’t not disappoint in their first week open. Beyond friendly, informative and truly cared to take time to explain everything as well as provided a detailed summary of the full check on my car. Always up front and honest about all the things related to your car. Hands down 5 stars!

Replaced water pump and timing belt

Was excited to find this place in the neighborhood as I am new to the area and the reviews were all great. However, I did not have a positive experience working with the front staff. When I scheduled my appointment, I was given an option for a cancellation the next day to which I DECLINED, because I work 6/7 days a week and could not come during business hours. When I asked for availability the following week, they said Monday and to bring my car in first thing in the morning. When I did so, turned out scheduled me for the cancellation instead even though I explicitly shared I could not go those days. At drop off the front of the house guy wasn’t even apologetic for the scheduling mistake and just said I could leave my car but he makes no promises because he scheduled me last Thursday/Friday. I do not recommend going here unless you want to feel talked down to.
