Poor experience here - waste of my time and money. I had taken my vehicle to the dealer, and they diagnosed the issue but couldn't get it done in the timeline I wanted because they were backed up. I called Nealey and explained what I needed done based on output from dealer diagnostic. I was quoted a price based on a recent job they had just done for someone ($3k - the same cost the dealer quoted), and when I brought it in was quoted $4.5k (after paying another diagnostic fee). The items added on would have had to be done for the other customer as well, so I didn't understand the price change. I was still charged for the shop to tell me what I already knew when I brought it in. Dealer just completed the work for under what they originally quoted - I'm glad I didn't have the work done here for $1500 more. Point of note - I had a great experience here when it was challenger auto. Edit after shop response. I would be happy to call and provide consulting services on how you can improve your communication. My hourly rate is $69 - the same rate you charged me for evaluation of my vehicle.
