Brought my 30 year old Ford Ranger in because I lost my brakes. After evaluation Nealey's called with an estimate and promised no matter what they found during disassembly that the price would not be in more than a top amount. Due to unforseen issues with parts, the job took longer, but cost exactly what was agreed upon. They also kept me informed the entire repair cycle.

I believe his name was Derick. Sir was great w/ the service. Never felt like I was pushed to get a service but at the same time let me know that it would be best to get crucial components done today so that damages be kept to a minimum. I’ll definitely come back and get my other vehicles serviced here and with Derick again

With Nealey Tire, I feel like I can get another 100,000 miles on my car because they'll take good care of it. Just recently had service and my car's running like new again. They fixed a passenger side window in Jan. Called said it didn't work in June. It was a defective part and they fixed it in 1 day without changing. Recommend them to anyone.
