I have a fairly older vehicle and have been here a few times for maintenance, oil change, and a flat tire. They are always efficient and able to get my car back to me as quick as possible. The staff is very communicative and I haven’t had any issues with my car after they work on it. Everything is still up and running well. The staff goes above and beyond. Unlike many auto service places, I’ve never felt taken advantage of or pressured into services I did not want done. I would recommend this place for any maintenance or car issues you run into.

Once again my husband and I had a great service at Pasadena location. We needed to get the car fixed by the end of the week, and the team helped us with that! We received a diagnostic, an advice on what had to be done, and the repair solved all the issues! Great help! Thank you guys! The team at Pasadena is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy!

Well, the customer service is good but it seems like every time I come for a change the price goes up about $20 on an oil change just wanna make sure that there’s a consistent price of it but other than that customer service is great

Derick was amazing! I called this location to see how I should go to for an oil leak and he referred me to another location. Despite not being a customer, Derick and his team went above and beyond in supporting my needs which I couldn’t be grateful enough for.
