"Happy customer!" I was very pleased with the customer service and auto repair I received from Nealey Tire & Auto. As a single woman, I always have concern about taking my vehicle to a mechanic. Nealey provided a diagnostic review and discussed with me, in detail, what needed to be repaired on my 4Runner. Making these repairs was no easy task as my vehicle proved to be a challenge! The folks at Nealey moved mountains to complete the repair in a timely manner. They kept me updated every step of the way which I really appreciated. Nealey Tire & Auto is the type of business that could be your mechanic for life!

"Diagnostics were great" Diagnostic services and maintenance were great. Wish loaner policy had been shared so I wouldn't have rented a car for the day.

We sincerely apologize that the loaner/rental policy was not explained to you. rest assured, we'll do our best at your next visit to earn 5 stars!
