I was towed in Thursday afternoon and drove out Friday afternoon. Can't ask for anything more than that. Terrific service plus they offer shuttle service.

I took my spare tire to Twin Beach to get mounted and balanced to match the other 4 on our Jeep. To start the tire was a load "D" tire max psi 50. The tire size is 35x12.50r17. The tire was not mounted on my vehicle so I brought it to the shop in my pick up. We removed the old tire and the new tire from the back of the pick up and they got started very quickly. When they were finished I noticed they used metal weights that clamps to the wheels not the stick on weights. I guess it wouldn't have been a big deal if the wheel have never been used, but it was like new. I then get the bill for $32.xx, I was charged for mount balance of the new tire $20 and charged $12 to dismount the old tire. To be honest if i knew it was that much I would have gone to everyother tire shop in the area that charged $18-21 for the mount and balance. Then the kicker when I get home I check the air pressure in the tire and they aired the tire up to 65psi so I had to let 30psi of air out of the tire. But I guess the good was they were pretty fast, I just won't go back.

I have a 2009 Jeep(standard) and a 2001 Chevy (automatic, diesel) and have taken both to Challenger . I have had fantastic experiences each and every time. My first exoerience was after hours and my vehicle had to be towed in. I had a bad experience with the tow truck driver and Jeff and another employee were waiting for me to arrive after they had already closed. I was very grateful they did because I was in a very vulnerable position. Challenger has been my shop ever since and I will never go anywhere else. They do a great job of diagnosing and repairing all the vehicles and everyone there is always in a good mood. If you have to have work done on a vehicle wouldn't you like to go somewhere they are happy to see you? Jeff and his family, which includes all employees ,are honest and have never treated me with anything but the utmost respect. Challenger truck and Auto is #1 in Pasadena!

"Awesome and thorough inspection " I just brought my car in for an oil change and they checked the whole car over to make sure everything was ok and then provided me with an email showing the status of everything in the car. Friendly staff as well!
