I got 3 oil and filter changes while I was here, and I always brought my own products. They use the cheap stuff. Unfortunately, I still get charged full price. There was an oil leak coming from the seam of the oil filter on the second change; I barely noticed it unless I popped open the hood every now and then. After the third change, the leak was still there! Did they ever change my filter in the first place? And if they did, why did they not bother to tell me? I go back and politely ask for them to check out the issue. It turns out that it was not threaded properly and the o-ring was flattened. At this point, they ask if I would like to change the oil filter so I say yes (they could have just replaced the o-ring). But, I also mention that I did not expect to pay for it, since it was not done properly in the first place. The manager at the time did not say anything after that, so I assumed this was going to be the case. He comes back and says he is going to charge me $10 for the labor of replacing the labor. At this point, I walk out to the car to check on the work while the manager is holding open the door as if I am going to drive the thing off. The leak was fixed; however, the I truly feel as if he genuinely did not mind that the job was not done right the first time. Even for sake of having a returning customer, he wanted that petty $10. I will never go back here again. You can see the one lined reviews about this place for a lot of people that drop their vehicle off here and pay surplus amounts. "Professional and Trustworthy" I purchased a high mileage vehicle for my daughter, and brought it into Nealey's for a state inspection. It failed miserably. As an engineer having years of experience as a weekend mechanic, I decided to do most of the work myself. The inspection report generated by the Nealey mechanics was spot on -- all of the items called out were indeed bad, and in need of replacing. The list was extensive--brakes, calipers, rear struts, ball joints, steering rack, cv joints, even the windscreen were all defective. Trust is such a big factor with auto shops since most people aren't willing to climb under their vehicle to inspect a part that a mechanic recommends replacing. Nealey also provided an online link to pictures of the defective parts taken during inspection. This is a service I've never seen before and it was impressive. But I also saw the defective parts first-hand when I removed them. Kenny, the Service Advisor was also extremely helpful during one of the re-inspections when we had a parts discrepancy. He worked overtime to help me research the issue which ultimately led to the correct repairs and a passed inspection. Oh, and the car was washed with polished wheels upon pick-up. Can you ask for more than that?

"Effiency!" Great shop! Nealy went above and beyond when my vehicle broke down. They got me back on the road swiftly when I was in a bind. I highly recommend them to everyone that has any auto needs that is looking for honest and efficient service.

Finally found a great local mechanic! AJ is friendly, knowledgeable, and doesn't sell you service that you don't need. Always follows up with a phone call or text to make sure everything is ok with the car and makes your complete service history available to you online. Nealey's has Amazing customer service and did a fantastic job on my car. I had to get the safety inspection done on my car and even though it required a good amount of work, Kenny walked me through everything that I needed and why along with the pricing. I felt comfortable with knowing that I was able to ask a million questions and Kenny patiently answered everything. I never felt rushed or that I was just another number. It's a relief to know there are still businesses who really aim to be great and treat their customers right.
