"Great customer service." I had brake issues that came on suddenly and required me to drive straight to the mechanic nearest my house. I was very impressed with my first experience at Nealey's. The owner, AJ, test drove my car and diagnosed the primary issue right away. He then did a full (complimentary) safety inspection and gave me a detailed report on the required, recommended, and "no so important" work needed. He was patient and spent ample time explaining everything to me. Some things I already knew, which goes to show this shop is honest, consistent, and up front. AJ's professionalism and integrity is hard to find in this type of industry. Not to mention, new customers get goody bags, referral cards, etc. I highly recommend Nealey's.

"Efficient, friendly, honest, reliable" My oil change reminder had just appeared on my panel. After a call to Nealey I was able to get in the same day! Great service!

Came in because my engine was sputtering and they were the only shop after going to 5 other shops that were able to diagnose the problem highly recomended

"Integrity and Quality " On my first visit, Nealey's saved me over $1,000.00 by pointing out that my repairs should be covered by my warranty. Beakey's also provided me with research and the manufacturer's contact information that enabled repairs to be performed without hassle and free of charge. On my second visit, Nealey's completed the work with little notice, on time, and fairly priced. The customer service was outstanding- always pleasant and a complimentary gift bag, car wash, and windshield wiper fluid. I will always bring our cars to Nealey's.

AJ and his folks are awesome. They don't push you, they understand that you might have a budget and they are fast and so polite. They also follow up a week later to make sure you are still satisfied. They have worked on 2 of my cars and I give them 5stars and more
