"Like Having your brother work on your car" You walk in and it's like walking into your friends house who happens to fix your car. You just know sitting there your good and never going to be ripped off or screwed over. Now who doesn't want that feeling. They treat the customers car like it's theirs. You always have to wonder when you see a long list of 5 star ratings if an auto repair shop is legitimate but I can assure you that Nealey's is the real deal. This is the high bar of auto repair in terms of process, thoroughness and customer focus. Lots of places talk about it and few deliver in on the level that Nealey's does.It's what we all want as consumers - quick response, transparency, professionalism and finding and fixing the problems that need to be fixed.Congrats to AJ and Stephanie for showing me what the future of car care looks like!

"Friendly and professional." These guys are not only friendly they are also knowledgeable and professional. I came in without an appointment and they looked at my truck, gave me some ideas as to what the problem could be and then diagnosed the issue. I will be returning as needed.

"Great service" They are a local family-owned business. Even while the owners were out of town, I was given exceptional service. I also like their use of technology service which allows them to run through their safety checks and it's displayed where I can view it. Being able to look at the data and seeing what needs my immediate attention is awesome, because I'm not mechanically inclined at all. What I also didn't expect was that my car was vacuumed on the inside and clean when I got it (I think they took it to the car wash). It was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I like the fact that they're straightforward and honest and they have my business.
