"Great customer service " From start to finish Kenny was so friendly and explained everything that was going on. Just a great place. Will use Nealey Tire & Auto in the future. It was a nice surprise to get my car back and they cleaned the inside

"My first visit" I thought that the personnel were all very professional and did my requested work in a timely manner. I thought that the waiting area could be more "user friendly" by being invited to have coffee or other beverage by the staff. Also the staff had donuts available but none were offered to those waiting for their cars. A small thing but could be improved.

"Car was running rough air conditioner not working properly." Had my injectors cleaned, new plugs had Air Conditioner repaired. Car runs much smoother and the air is cold again.

"Found my new local auto repair shop" My brother owns an auto repair shop, but it's pretty far away since I moved to Edgewater. I decided to try Nealy based on reviews and was very impressed with their service. Professional, fast and friendly, there was even a hand written thank you card in my car when I picked it up!

They quickly inspected and diagnosed the issue, providing a realistic cost with a 24 hour turn-around. The description of how the work was performed on the receipt alone is enough to keep me coming back. "Very thorough!" Very thorough! Nealey's was easy to schedule with. The service was prompt and exceptionally thorough. I brought my car in for an oil change. They made suggestions upon their findings and I felt those findings trustworthy. Though no pressure to have it done. The morale of the stuff is high, they seem to enjoy their work. An email was sent of the recommendations for my records. I sense I have a partner in my car care. I will return for more Service work.
