"I felt valued" Kenny is very friendly and kept me updated on the status of my car. I never had a problem getting hold of him on the phone, and I consider that great customer service. I needed a lot of work done and when it wasn't done the first day they offered me a loner vehicle. I only needed it to get back and forth to work in Annapolis one more day, but it was a relief not to worry about a ride. Overall a wonderful experience and I will recommend them to friends.
