"An honest mechanic" One thing I believe about AJ Nealey is that he is an honest mechanic. Each time I take my car in they do a complete systems check and let you know about it before they start to do any unexpected work. It's not always what I like to hear, but they are trying to keep the car safe to drive. This time there was more work than he could get to in one day, so he agreed to let us take the car after some of it was done and we will bring it back for the rest. They are good people.

"Great customer service" When my car broke down far away from my regular mechanics, Nealey Tire & Auto was recommended to me. What a pleasant surprise. I felt that they were very helpful and willing to fix my car as soon as possible even though it was brought in without an appointment (it was towed). Unfortunately, my car needed an expensive repair, but AJ explained the service and also did a complete diagnostic of other potential problems -- no pressure to get them all fixed at once. They kept me up to date on the repair and got my car fixed in time for me to drive it away the next morning.

"Maintaining Mechanical soundness of vehicle" Noticed worn out issues with Honda and prioritized replacing them to keep car running well. Called with updates and estimates. Completed work on time and within quoted price.

I've gone here twice with two different cars and they have been exceptional. I called the morning of, and went in within 30 mins. They explained everything and always took my car in as soon as I came in. They fixed a tire I had a nail in, and did a Maryland state inspection for another car. I will surely be coming back here!!

"Local, easy, fair pricing" Thanks to AJ's electrical knowledge he saved us about $700 on an annoying electrical issue by troubleshooting and determining the root of the problem, instead of just replacing everything like the dealer wants you to do. I'll be back because him and his wife aren't looking to take your money by having you do unnecessary work. The turnaround was fast and my car was washed and waiting for me after I received the notification to come pick it up.
