It’s never fun trying to find someone new when it comes to certain things.. and auto repair is high on the list. I needed new brake pads and they were able to get me in on short notice. The staff was kind and thorough. No upselling. A few weeks later, my moms, 20+ year loyal to the dealership, check engine light decided to come on. After a few previous minor issues with said dealership, this time was the last straw.. so she said she would try nealey too.. she’s now a new customer too. They show you photos and make a comprehensive list of what could be done, but they don’t force anything on you. They have coupons, a loyalty program and on top of everything.. you don’t have to wait in the office.. you can walk to arundel seafood, they share a parking lot. My only concern about writing this is that next time I’ll have to wait a week to get an appointment, but I know what it’s like to be lost in the sea of choices..
