I went in for an oil change and to add a little power steering fluid. Instead they charged me for a full car inspection and never changed my oil. I had to pay $87 for a service I didn’t ask for and never got my oil changed.

Matt, we're sorry for the experience that you had with your recent visit. The testing and evaluation of the power steering leak was for a full assessment of the root cause of the symptom that you were experiencing so that the issue could be fully addressed. I absolutely Love NEALEY’s Auto. We dropped one car off on Wednesday, pick that car up and left the other car. They did everything we asked and had both cars back in a very timely manner. Nealey Auto you guys rock. Oh yeah, they left little sweet treats.

I was unable to drop off my car for tire installation. Scott Fritz and his team pm accommodated me, driving me home and later dropping off the car. Nealey Auto personal service is exemplary. I will use their services in the future and highly recommend them.
