First service at this facility since change from previous service center which we used regularly . Staff was pleasant and vehicle was serviced on time while I waited. Staff provided information and pricing for additional service recommendations by manufacturer. Will definitely continue using Nealey.

I was in MD visiting my Mom when my car began to malfunction. My brother recommended Nearly because he had used them and was happy with the service. They did an excellent job and I was able to get back home safely (VA). And, I was thankful for the charges that were quite reasonable.

They took care of me. I had a nail in a Tire that did not puncture all the way thru and instead of misguiding me the told the truth and honesty in this industry is rare i will keep going back because of it
