We are Nealey customers in their Deale location. Today I was returning from jury duty and my engine light indicated low tire pressure. I've experienced a blow out so I was very stressed about getting home to soco. I stopped at their Edgewater location and explained my stress. A great employee stopped what he was doing and corrected my air pressure! I am so grateful, thank you Nealey for taking care of your customers. (If I hadn't been such a wreck I would have gotten his name.) Thank you for great customer service!

I was not impressed with Nealey. I've been a satisfied Challenger customer for over 10 years, and Nealey was a disappointment. They did an adequate job on my oil change and multi-point inspection, but said that for liability reasons they did not do repair work. I overheard a phone call in which they turned away a potential customer who wanted something on their engine repaired. All-in-all I felt like I was in a Jiffy-Lube store.
