Edit: I was asked if I got new tires recently, I responded that my tires were a few months old, I never mentioned anything about having used or defective tires. I have the alignment redone at another shop and the car drives straight now, the tires were fine. Original post: Got a basic front end alignment. My car still pulls to the right as when I brought it in. Customer service was okay, but the inconvenience of having to bring the car back or to another shop after spending over $120.00 doesn't work in my favor.
Brian, we're sorry you feel the way you do about your experience at our Owings location. From what we understand, you purchased used tires for your vehicle and brought the vehicle to our Owings team for the alignment. The four-wheel alignment was performed inside of the specified range according to the alignment inspection. The car can exhibit pulling sensations if tires are not worn evenly, which unfortunately is always a potential risk when running used tires. This is something that was mentioned to you during the process. Please, if you want to discuss this further and have any other questions, reach out to us at [email protected]. Respectfully, the Nealey Auto Group.
