I was unexpectedly presented with some dripping oil from my car on a recent Friday morning. With my husband out of town and three precious grandsons that I transport on a daily basis, I was anxious to have this checked out immediately for safety reasons. Upon recommendation, I called Nealey Auto and explained my dilemma. Colin, a service advisor, walked me through the possibilities and told me to come right in. The team at Nealey was fabulous! They could not have been kinder, friendlier or more professional. Despite it being a Friday and calling mid-morning, they checked out my car, tightening a leaking seal, and assured me that my car was safe and ready to go. I could not have been more pleased. They were terrific ---especially Colin! I will now be having my regular car service performed at Nealey's in Edgewater.
