Took my van to them which had been sitting for about 2 years. There had been work done and attempts to get it started, but I took it Nealy and they got the issue properly diagnosed and fixed what was wrong quickly. I received great service from start to finish and in my opinion a great price as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Was on my way down the street to their competitor (IYKYK) when something just drew me to them. Pulled up with my slow leaking tire and within a hour I was all patched up and on my way to work. Friendly staff. Capable Technicians. Highly recommend.

It’s never fun trying to find someone new when it comes to certain things.. and auto repair is high on the list. I needed new brake pads and they were able to get me in on short notice. The staff was kind and thorough. No upselling. A few weeks later, my moms, 20+ year loyal to the dealership, check engine light decided to come on. After a few previous minor issues with said dealership, this time was the last straw.. so she said she would try nealey too.. she’s now a new customer too. They show you photos and make a comprehensive list of what could be done, but they don’t force anything on you. They have coupons, a loyalty program and on top of everything.. you don’t have to wait in the office.. you can walk to arundel seafood, they share a parking lot. My only concern about writing this is that next time I’ll have to wait a week to get an appointment, but I know what it’s like to be lost in the sea of choices..
